If you purchased this product via Amazon, the standard return policy of Amazon will cover you as a customer. However, as a valued customer of KalmCore, we want to ensure that you have the best experience. Once the Amazon return window ends for your order, we are here to help you. The KalmCore refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days since your date of purchase – beyond the standard industry return policy. In order to prevent abuse of this grace period, we are regrettably unable to offer you a refund or exchange beyond 30 days since your purchase.
In order to qualify for a return, the product must be unused and not damaged due to wear, tear, or inappropriate use. The cushion was designed for seating a human with limited movement. For more usage guidelines, please refer to the document included with your package. Any damage due to external factors beyond the aspect of sitting on the cushion is a non standard use case and is regarded as unintended use thereby voiding the requirements of our return and refund policy.
The cushion must also be in its original packaging. If you meet this criteria, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate the process beyond Amazon’s return window and before completion of 30 days from your purchase, please write to us at: support@kalmcore.com with your grievance, order number, date of purchase and include your invoice for us to be able to investigate the concern. We may request for more details such as images or video of the problem. Should you qualify for an exchange, we will coordinate with you for the shipment.
Refunds
We are committed to offering you the best possible resolution to any grievance. Once your return is received and inspected, the KalmCore team will inspect the product to confirm no external send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspecting the received unit, our team will notify you of the next steps regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@kalmcore.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
